[Φ65mm 1.5kw Spindle]1.5KW air-cooled spindle with ER11-1/8" & 1/4" collets, easily supports 1/4" end milling; control spindle run/stop and adjust spindle speed via software/G-code, with 0-24000 RPM speed range for more powerful metal cutting ability and higher work efficiency, processing accuracy up to 0.02mm—ideal for CNC router milling, engraving, and metal cutting.
[Dual Linear Rails & Ball Screws] Each axis (X, Y, Z) comes with HGH-15 dual linear rails and 1204 ball screws. Enhances precision, rigidity, and load capacity for metal cutting, with improved dust protection for the XYZ axes. Repeat positioning accuracy is within ±0.005mm.
[Full Metal Design] The work table is made of full metal aluminum alloy to increase the stability and rigidity of the machine. The effective processing area is 600*400*130mm. The whole machine weighs 92.6 pounds (with controlbox), with absolute rigidity and stability.
