- Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Β And a tracking number will be provided.

2οΌ‰ Shipping and Fees Β 

Shipping methods vary for different countries: Β 

The US warehouse can only ship to the US, not to other countries.Β The EU warehouse can only ship to some European countries, not to other countries.Β Other countries default to shipping from the CN warehouse.

**United States:** Β 

- Shipping Fee:Β Free shipping for orders over $50. Orders below $50 incur a $25 shipping fee. Β 
- Duties: No import duties required Β 
- Items are shipped by default from the US warehouse. If the U.S. warehouse is out of stock, items will be shipped from the China warehouse. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 days, with possible delays during peak logistics seasons and holidays. Β 

**Europe, Canada, and Australia:** Β 

(Including: France, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia)

- Shipping Fee: Free shipping for orders over $50. Orders below $50 incur a $25 shipping fee. Β 
- Shipment: Orders are typically prioritized for shipment from your local warehouse based on your location. If the overseas warehouse is out of stock, we will arrange shipment from our warehouse in China. Orders shipped from warehouses in China are typically delivered via international courier companies such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 days, with possible delays during peak logistics seasons and holidays.Β 
- Duties: Prices do not include import duties or VAT. No import duties are required for shipments from local warehouses. Shipments from the China warehouse may incur import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. The specific amount is determined by the destination country/region, and we cannot predict or pay these fees on the customer's behalf. The logistics carrier will notify the customer via email to pay the fees once the package arrives at the local destination. Β 
- Package Refusal: If a package is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to the China warehouse, which will be deducted from the order refund amount. Β 

**Other Countries:** Β 

- Shipping Fee: Free shipping for orders over $50. Orders below $50 incur a $25 shipping fee. Β 
- Shipment: Orders are shipped from the China warehouse via international carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 days, with possible delays during peak logistics seasons and holidays.Β

Due to security restrictions, goods cannot be shipped to military addresses (APO and FPO addresses), overseas territories, or islands. If you cannot find your shipping address in the list, please contact support@anolexcnc.com for assistance.

3) Tracking & Logistics Β 

- You can check the tracking information from your order or contactΒ support@anolexcnc.com. You will receive a shipping notification once the order is dispatched.

- If the tracking information does not update for an extended period/if the package is lost, please contact us for assistance at support@anolexcnc.com. Our logistics partners include DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics, and other local postal services. Β 

- Please ensure that your shipping address and information are correct. Incorrect address or information may lead to delivery failure, and redelivery may incur additional charges. We offer one free redelivery service. Β 

- The shipping method for pre-order items differs from standard orders. The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be indicated on the product page, so please take note. Β 

Note: We may split an order into multiple packages for shipping. Items within the same order may be shipped from different logistics centers or delivered in batches based on product availability. If any item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will contact you. You may choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

4) Order Cancellation/Return

- Order cancellation requests must be sent to support@anolexcnc.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, we will attempt to notify the logistics company to stop the shipment; if this is not possible, the cancellation is invalid. Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy for further processing.
